The RPM ~ One Loft Race Series Breeder's Bill of Rights
So many One Loft Races to choose from, what is a breeder to do?
The only way to make sure you get treated like you want is to demand proper treatment.
Below, I have created a “Breeder’s Bill of Rights”
The race is conducted for the benefit of the breeders.
Every breeder is entitled to regular mailed reports on the status of their birds
- History of training tosses
- Health
- Present or Lost (active or inactive)
Race Rules and Prize Payouts are not altered after perch / entry fees are collected
Timely posting / mailing of race results
Timely payment of Capital Prizes and Pooling Prizes
Starting a new One Loft Race, is not the easiest thing to do and the success of such an endeavor depends entirely on you the breeder. What I as your handler / trainer can offer is every assurance that I will invest abundant time and energy to implement a health program and training schedule that gives your bird(s) every opportunity to “test their metal” against the best competition in America!
The RPM ~ One Loft Race Series will be using the Racing Pigeon Mall One-Loft and Futurity Management software package. This software package has been successfully used by the Gulfcoast Classic race in 2002, with over 3600 birds in the database, to manage all aspects of the race and to create many important reports like; Active / Lost Bird reports, Capital Prize Payout reports and Pooling Payout reports.
From this website you will be able to read training and health updates and on race days the race results will be posted here. The website will also host an internet auction of the race birds, which will follow about 2 - 3 weeks after the 300 mile race.
