The Evolution of the Racing Pigeon Sport

You can have the best breeding stock, purchase the finest grains and seeds, follow a veterinarian's health program, provide the finest vitamins, minerals and grit stones available, condition your birds to their peak abilities, but there is little you can do about inflammation and joint pain... that is until now.

In September of 2013, the Belgian Pigeon Racing Authority known as KBDB, released results of drug testing which showed that 25% of national winners (5 of 20) tested positive for the presence of a prohibited substance which was a combination of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and an analgesic (pain killer).

Because of a legal loophole, these National winners were able to escape sanctions from the KBDB. The loophole has now been closed and in 2014, the use of these substances will result in disqualification and severe penalties.

You may be asking yourself right now, are there any "legal ingredients" that you could use, which give results similar to those of the Belgian National winners. The answer is yes, and the good news is that these are non-prescription dietary supplements, which by themselves, do not give this beneficial effect, but when bound together, in a patent protected process, give results comparable to the NSAIDs found in 25% of Belgium National winners.

These dietary supplements are known to have anti-inflammatory properties, and when bound together by this patented process, their synergistic effect is far greater than what is produced when the ingredients is given separately, or even when they are all delivered together without the benefit of this patented process.

The above graphic, shows the major flight muscles, bone structure and joints. These muscles and joints are susceptible to inflammation during and after a race. The damage done to the muscles and joints causes pain during the race and can slow the bird down as it adjusts to the inflamed muscles and joints.

The above graphic, displays a typical joint. The blue and purple areas (Bursa, Joint Capsule, Synovial cavity) are areas where the anti-inflammatory ingredients get stored in a lubricating fluid called the Synovial fluid, which acts as a lubricant to protect the Articular cartilage from damage during flight.

The anti-inflammatory ingredients are also stored in the muscle tissues and tendon sheaths keeping the tendon sheaths and muscle cells supple and protected from inflammation during the exertion and fatigue of long hours of fast flight.

The longer your birds can fly without damage to their muscles, tendons and joints, the longer it will be before "the burn" (inflamation and pain) forces them to decrease wing beats per second and thrust per stroke.

Dose: 1/2 teaspoon per 35 birds, daily (or as often as convenient) during the race season / give to older breeders to ease muscle soreness and improve joint flexibility and mobility, thereby improving egg fertilization percentages.

"Fast Flight Extender" when delivered to muscle cells, is consumed by the cell mitochondria and yields large quantities of ATP, a fuel for muscular contraction and general cell metabolism.

"Fast Flight Extender" is a modern veterinary product for treating the racing pigeon's musculoskeletal system

"Fast Flight Extender" acts against muscle, bone, tendon and joint inflammation and pain in racing pigeons. It is given for a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and reduces inflammation and the pain associated with that inflammation.

"Fast Flight Extender" systematically boosts and moistens cell membranes, giving cells a youthful moistness and flexibility. In so doing, it also supplements synovial fluids, protecting joints and ensuring their flexibility and mobility - acting like a lubricant for the joints.

"Fast Flight Extender" improves range of motion and overall function of joints and the treatment group showed reduced pain and stiffness, improved balance and strength, and better mobility.

"Fast Flight Extender" restores joint flexibility and mobility while reducing joint inflammation. It enhances and lubricates cell membranes throughout the body, while restoring fluids that cushion bones and joints. The enhanced cell fluidity and elasticity allows the body to move free of pain and with ease.

"Fast Flight Extender" when delivered to muscle cells, is consumed by the cell mitochondria and yields large quantities of ATP, a fuel for muscular contraction and general cell metabolism.

The benefits of giving "Fast Flight Extender"

Until now, the only way you could get the protective actions found in Fast Flight Extender, was to use a combination of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), analgesics (pain killers) and steroidal hormones (like cortisone injections), any of which will give positive results when drug testing fecal samples.

Fast Flight Extender, offers you the opportunity to benefit from reduced inflammation and soreness of the muscle tissues, bone cartilage and tendon sheaths, without using prohibited or controlled substances as defined by the World Anti Doping Agency and the regulatory agencies having authority over the horse and dog racing industries.

Dose: 1/2 teaspoon per 35 birds, daily (or as often as convenient) during the race season / give to older breeders to ease muscle soreness and improve joint flexibility and mobility, thereby improving egg fertilization percentages.

Manufactured for RacingPigeonMall in a certified Informed-Choice®, drug-free manufacturing facility.

No ingredients used are on the WADA banned substance list.

To be sure that my customers will not drug test positive during pigeon races, I sent a sample to the drug testing lab in the USA that does all the work for the IOC, the horse racing and dog racing industries in the USA.  I gave the product to my pigeons for 12 days and then sent fecal samples to them for testing and the samples came back as "clean" from all banned or controlled substances.
