We hold your payment in escrow until you have received delivery of the bird(s), and are completely satisfied with the condition, health and quality of your purchase. If for any reason buyer is dissatisfied, they have seven days from the date of receipt of the bird(s) to notify Racing Pigeon Mall, and the seller, that they are returning the bird(s). Once the seller has taken delivery of the return bird(s), 100% of the purchase price will be returned to buyer. Shipping cost are not covered under this guarantee.

• Feedback: This racing pigeon auction was created to allow more opportunity for buyers and seller to get together. Our guarantee gives many buyers a feeling of security when dealing with a seller for the first time. We do have a rating system, but all the ratings are very high because our escrow service assures that only top quality racing pigeons are sent out by the sellers. However, some buyers post comments about the birds they have purchased and the success they have had with sellers on the site so please take the time to read the feedback on each seller.

• Auction Winners: When you have received your bird(s), please return to the RacingPigeonMall auction, go to the closed auctions area, find your bird(s) listed and leave feedback on the seller.

• Auction Sellers: After the transaction has been successful completed, please make sure and send an email to the buyer requesting that they leave feedback . Several of our sellers have acquired outstanding comments from our buyers over the past couple of years and now other buyers are taking notice and looking for more of these birds to be listed. Nothing sells like good customer service.
